Are you a Community-based Organization (CBO), California Native American Tribe or Tribal organization, or individual leader serving communities in need of environmental or climate justice in Ventura County? Are you interested in building and funding your community’s resilience to climate change (to flooding, wildfires, extreme heat, etc.) but need support to advance or develop your project? Or perhaps you’d like to enable your community’s engagement and participation in climate resilience planning in the County and need the resources to do so? Then this opportunity is for you!
Apply now to receive a $5,000 flexible grant and technical assistance to advance your resilience goals! Accepted grantees will participate in a listening session with Coastal Quest to articulate their resilience priorities, challenges and needs in advancing, funding and participating in resilience planning, projects and efforts. Based on their input, grantees will then receive up to 10 hours of technical assistance to meet their fundraising and project development priorities and needs.
Applications are now closed.
